APPLYING to 2026 AIR PROGRAM

The Artist-in-Residence Program aims to bring together artists from diverse disciplines for a focused residency period of at least four weeks. The program encourages participants to share their knowledge and creative processes with the local community while fostering a meaningful connection to the surrounding region.

AIR PROGRAM

We offer a general residency program featuring:

-Weekly project follow-ups to provide artists with guidance and support.
-Technical and logistical assistance for artistic work.
-Thematic workshops designed to inspire and enrich artistic practice.
-Field trips to explore the natural, historical, and industrial heritage of the region.
-Resident artist lectures at local schools and universities, fostering community engagement.
-A monthly calendar of regional events, connecting artists to the local cultural scene.
-Open studio sessions, providing opportunities for artists to share their work.

Spring
10 March – 6 April 2026
8 April – 5 May 2026

Summer
4 June – 30 July 2026
2 July – 29 July 2026

Autumn
1–28 September 2026
30 September – 27 October 2026
29 October – 18 November 2026

We accept last minute applications;

Artist duos, couple of artists or groups can apply together;

Minimum period is 4 weeks, maximum is 3 months.

FEE 2026

The cost of the residency is 275€/week and covers:

-Participation in the program, including all scheduled activities.
-Private accommodation within the residency houses.
-Studio space and access to necessary equipment.
-Use of common areas, such as the equipped kitchen, living rooms, library, terrace, patio, and garden.
-Household utilities, including Wi-Fi, free access to laundry facilities, and bicycles.

Once selected, we will provide an invitation letter and assist you in your search for funding opportunities.
